Triple Peak Saunas Rental Waiver Agreement

This Rental Waiver Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date signed below by the undersigned (“Renter”) and Triple Peak Saunas (“Owner”). By signing this Agreement, the Renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

The Renter acknowledges and understands that the use of the Triple Peak Sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, dehydration, heat exhaustion, and other health-related issues. The Renter assumes full responsibility for these risks.

2. Health Conditions

The Renter certifies that they do not have any medical conditions that would increase their risk of injury while using the sauna, such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, respiratory problems, or other serious conditions. The Renter agrees to consult a medical professional if they are unsure about their health status.

3. Safety Instructions

The Renter agrees to adhere to all safety instructions provided by the Owner, including but not limited to:

• Limiting sauna sessions to a maximum of 20 minutes.
• Staying hydrated before, during, and after use.
• Exiting the sauna immediately if feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell.
• Not using the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Using the sauna in the presence of another person for safety.
• Checking with a health care professional if there is any risk to health from heat exposure.

4. Assumption of Responsibility

The Renter assumes full responsibility for their own health and safety while using the sauna. The Renter agrees to use the sauna in accordance with the provided instructions and acknowledges that they are responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from their use.

5. Release of Liability

The Renter hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Owner, its owners, employees, or agents for any liability, claim, and cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while using the sauna.

6. Indemnification

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from their use of the sauna, including any legal fees incurred.

7. Damage and Cleaning

The Renter agrees to return the sauna in the same condition as it was rented. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the sauna and its equipment during the rental period. The Renter agrees to pay for any necessary repairs or replacement costs.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Renter acknowledges the Owner’s cancellation and refund policy and agrees to the terms outlined therein.

• 100% non-refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the time booked.
• 50% refundable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the time booked.

9. Agreement to Terms

By signing this Agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. The Renter understands that this waiver is a binding legal document and that they are waiving certain legal rights.
