Saunas can improve cardiovascular health, promote relaxation and stress relief, improve circulation, relieve sore muscles, flush toxins from the body through sweating, improve skin health, and boost the immune system.
How long should I stay in the sauna?
For beginners, it’s recommended to start with 5-10 minutes and gradually increase the duration to 15-20 minutes as you become more accustomed to the heat. Always listen to your body and leave the sauna if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable. Timers are provided in the saunas to ensure you don’t overstay.
