Booking a Communal Sauna Session
At these set times the sauna will be up and running at optimal temperature so you can book in your session and drop in to enjoy the sauna experience with like minded individuals. A sauna host will be on-site and available to greet you and can assist with any questions to ensure you have the best sauna experience. Full Moon Sauna for the Devine Feminine (Ladies only), New Moon Sauna Mixer (all welcome) and Every Saturday/Sunday afternoons drop ins with additional guided experiences.
Booking a Private Sauna Session
Private sessions allow you to be self-reliant and in charge of your experience from start to finish. The porthole sauna is electric and is easily turned on with a flick of a switch. For more experienced users, comfortable starting and maintaining a wood burning stove, the Lakeview Sauna is available.
Plan to arrive approx. 30 minutes prior to your booked time to preheat the sauna unless there is an adjacent booking or you are booking following a communal sauna session. While you the sauna is heating up we suggest for you to go for a bike ride or hike some of the local trails. Before or after, feel free to enjoy some tasty food and drink options at Dellas cafe or Drinkwaters restaurant.
Booking a Mobile Sauna Tent Rental.
Enjoy the experience of a wood fired tent sauna virtually anywhere! Make your next surf, hike, ski/snowboard session or camping trip that much more amazing by including a sauna with flexible 24 - 72 hour options. The mobile sauna tent is easy to set up and wood is included in the rental fee (with additional wood available). Contact us to arrange a time at one of our pickup locations. Delivery may also be an option, depending on where you may be.
